gain weight

Not entirely sure if having wii fit will help me or not but it is fun. As of recently i have realised that being healthy is more important than how much i weight. Im trying to become more healthy and im hoping that by doing that results will appear in this goal as well.

and i weigh 50kg(sorry i dont know pounds). Which is about 5 kg less than what i want. Its also sad becuase i havnt lost or gained any weight within the past few months, or infact maybe like 2 years. Maybe im just doomed to weith 50kg for my life :(.

yes, gained 1kg over the past 6 months and now weigh 50kg, which for my height isnt enough. I’d like to put on 5ish kilos by the end of the year if possible, i have that much trouble putting on weight ill be lucky if i put just another kg on lol.
