watch the AFI Top 100 American movies

Good movie. Can’t believe I never saw it before!

I watched it. Fun film fact – a guy died in the filming….during the race scene. Awful way to go. It was worth watching. Good movie…guess that’s why it is on the list.

I read the Godfather and watched Godfather I and II…. good movies.

is quite timely for our life and times today, too! It is about three different soldiers that came home to the states after WW2 and how it was adjusting to ‘normal’ life and their families. One had to adjust to having his hands amputated. I’m amazed at how these older movies are so timeless. ;-)

It was pretty good for its time…. not as interesting, since you already know the story. ;-) ...but good movie.

I never watched Casablanca until yesterday!

I watched Apocalypse Now (1979) last night. Good movie. I’m not big on war movies, but it was good at what it was. I liked the music in the background.

Kept thinking about the song Bette Davis eyes! LOL Decent movie… that Eve is so cut throat! ;-)

Watched Duck Soup…or as much as I could tolerate. I don’t really like the Marx brothers… not sure why? Is that just wrong, or what?!? ;-)

Notorious was pretty cool. I liked Ingrid.

Dr. Strangelove was worth watching, but not one of my all time favorites. I’m not big on war movies.

Just finished it last night! Dustin Hoffman was rather young back then! ;-) Good movie!
