We toured the house that I've been interested in, but it is too much for me right now... 2 years ago

312K and would need much more in renovations to get it going, but now I know what I can work toward. If someone already has the money and wants to start their B&B, I think this house on Penn in Indy is one hell of a deal.

I asked my real estate savvy friend if we can check out a potential B&B, 2 years ago

so I can get an idea of what a certain amount of money can buy and how much I realistically need to have to invest! ;-)
