I think this has improved my health. Even though I drank diet soda…it was still bad.

at 5AM for a web update! The diet soda looked so good, but I was able to find some tea, so I was set! ;-)
6 more days and I believe I can mark this off as a habit!
I was really tempted for a soda on Sunday…. staying up late the night before, I was aching for a McDonald’s value meal, but my friend reminded me that like 1000 cows are in the burgers and I remembered my 43things goal, so I stayed strong! I went home and ate steamed rolls with butter and cheese! LOL
I love coffee and tea. If it wasn’t for them, this would not happen.
and I’ll consider it a habit and start a new goal!

I’ve been doing really well….when I have 21 consecutive days, I’ll consider it a habit and remove the goal.
I had a diet snapple this afternoon, since I didn’t pack enough stuff from home. I needed some caffiene!
I brought in sugar free Koolaid to work and I had two coffees this morning. Maybe I’ll have some tea this afternoon. It is easy not to drink it at home, since I drank all the sodas I had! ;-)
