look in the mirror and smile

It’s so strange. When I made this a goal I thought that I’d only place this down as done after a few hours but now I realise that if I actually smile once it will be an accomplishment. How sad is that. After how many days: I’ve written a letter to myselF, I’ve screemed at the top of my lungs and I still haven’t looked in the mirror and smiled. It seems easy to do it but why is it so damn hard. I wanna actually mean it you know and feel it. I wanna smile geniounly but I can’t even do that. I’ll keep whoever is reading this posted until I can actually smile in the mirror and mean it. Why does it seem so difficult? It shouldn’t right?

I look in the mirror and I can list you thousands of things that are wrong with me. It seems so easy for most people and it’s easy to do it but to geniunly smile and actually mean it that’s the difficult thing. I’m gonna to smile everyday till the end of December.
