If gas really does hit $4/gallon, it just seems like this would make sense, even if I could only use it on a limited basis!

When the heat finally passes, I think it would be a blast to tool around the neighborhood on an old Vespa. There are enough quiet streets around my house that I could travel pretty far without taking any major roads. A french blue Vespa could be my version of the red corvette midlife crisis vehicle.
