I lost 4 lbs the first week of the Biggest Loser contest and 1 lb the second week, but this weekend went away and ate in restaurants. For the past 2 days I made unwise choices in 4 unwise meals (pancakes with bacon, potato, egg for breakfast, then pizza for dinner with a PEPSI (the first in 3 months), then the next morning croissant x 2, waffle half, more eggs and bacon, then for afternoon snack chocolate cake with decaf coffee). Now I feel very bloated and my abdomen protrudes like a food baby. However, I am getting back on track. I find a enjoy a regular eating plan and ability to eat organic. I am still far from the goal of size 6. It is probably at least a year away. I will set the goal for March 16, 2010 for being size 6.
One of my tasks for the week 1 is to log all my food for the day, which I have now done. Goal is to lose 15.5 lbs in 12 weeks.
Logged all my food on weightwatchers etools and checked my pH. I ate reasonably. pH was still acid but that is ok. 1 day at a time.
but this week I want to focus on portion control. I may have to increase water intake as well.
who recommended some diet changes. Calcium has been helping. Main thing with this is consistency.
She told me to try “Emergen-C” in water. Still getting in on agerage 2L water a day. I got the foods she recommended.
This week I am going to work on the “reasonable portion size.” Weight is stable.
I ate more bread than usual this past weekend, but I have lost a little weight. Will meet with nutritionist Tuesday. It’s been 3 weeks on my diet. I did not buy “maca manna” or “goji manna” cacao spread today when I went grocery shopping. This was helped by the fact that they were out of maca manna. Did get a chocolate bar. Am still drinking my 2 liters of water a day. Good job and let’s keep it up.
I am still adhering to my diet fairly closely. I did have one slip though; on Saturday I ate 3 organic chocolate bars over the course of the day. I had a headache the next morning, perhaps from that. I have noticed a small drop on the scale, but there is a long way to go. I am working on consistency. Drinking the 2 liters of water a day helps keep my cravings down. I will see the nutritionist next week.

I was upset this morning because my 1 pair of fat pants is at the cleaners, and I thought I had at least 1 other pair of fat pants, but I could not find them. It took a while for me to find a pair that would fit me. It was very frustrating. My weight is actually down a little bit, but the pants problem persists, and likely will unless I am consistent with my efforts. I did exercise today and kept to my diet. Good work.
