I will have to go about this by a combination of diet + exercise.
As far as exercise I am going to do the following:’
RUN/WALK
1. Run/walk 30-45 minutes two days this week (Monday and Tues/Weds?)
2. Will work Saturday so do the “long run” another day
3. Running workshop Sunday at 9a
JIU-JITSU
1. Go Monday 7:30 – 9:00p with spar
2. Go Tuesday 6:30 – 7:30 and 7:30 – 8:30 no spar
3. Rest of week – go Weds or Thurs
EATING
1. Go back to weight watchers
JUDO:
Judo class starting on Tuesday – too much?
I am back to my highest weight ever. This needs to be changed. I have trouble with exercise because I tend to overdo it on the first day, and then be incapacitated for the next few. Maybe just eat less, but that’s difficult too.
