I must’ve clicked the button – now this goal is in hte “completed” tab when I am so far from accomplishing it..Although maybe i’ll just keep this here heheh..

:D :D :D I know its a bit unhealthy what Im doing but I need something that works fast for the first 2 weeks otherwise I wont be able to continue.
I cant believe my cholesterol level now. And its not about the weight thing since I weigh pretty much the same as last month. There’s got to be something wrong with what i eat. How can there be such a great difference from last month’s?! I better prioritize this one.
So Im enrolling myself to a gym.. I lost 5 lbs when I got sick the other week and it looks like Im gaining them back..Im feeling hopeless about this goal so I better do this quick.
So I’ve decided to divide this into several subgoals..
1. Recasting period
2. Exercise
3. New food
It was wrong for me to start this while I’m doing a related goal so I’ll be focusing on this goal starting July 1. I would probably follow the book I read. No diets – just healthy living.
Im definitely eating breakfast these days,
But Im still eating in between meals
Chewing slowly is real hard esp if i loved the food served.
And sometimes I want to drink sodas
But since i can’t – i would eat something else.
I know its wrong..but what can i say –
I really would like to go through the month drinking only water..
but i also want to lose weight.
