be open to new friends that God brings in my path

I must say since I have committed to watching and being open to new friends that God places in my life I have discovered a sweet gift of friendship in a 78 year old dear lady. Mary hosted a cottage group in her home last year. The Lord placed me there as the facillitator. She showered me with encouragment, praise, small gifts, and went out of her way to always speak to me, smile across the room and this year she has insisted that I join with her again at our church’s small group time. Last week, she gave me the awesome opportunity to drive her to a women’s function at church. The drive was so sweet. She never fails to make me feel like I am the best woman in the world.
