I have been finding my 2.5. mile run a bit short so I decided to give myself a challenge.
I started by trying a 3.3 mile run which went well.
Yesterday I did a 3.8 mile run which was quite hard for me, so I’m going to do that a few times until I feel more comfortable with it. I’m also going to do some shorter runs to build up my speed.
