I was 9 stone 5 this morning. I aerobicked for an hour.
There is no water so I cannot shower. Some pump has broken and all this neighbourhood has no water.

in that sometimes it goes backwards. I have discovered that I need distressingly few calories. I guess my metabolism is a kind of miracle.
I was nine stones 8 this morning, which means I still need to lose 12 pounds of pure flab to get to my target weight. However, I feel as though I can tackle this.
I feel thinner but my scales just haven’t noticed.
I just need to lose 7 pounds.
due to the running I think. also I’m less stressed right now.
Still going to lose that 7 pounds though!

I have managed to lose only one pound. This is terrible. At this rate I will have to be on a strict diet for 12 weeks in order to lose 12 pounds. (what mathematical ability I am demonstrating here!!!) All weight sticking to bum like glue. The curse of over 45s! it’s so just not fair!!
1 small bowl of cornflakes
2 cups of tea
banana
Enormous salmon, egg and olive salad with water
2 cups of tea
glass beer – bad
2 yogurts – bad
Breakfast, 2 cups of tea, cornflakes (small portion) with milk.
Snack: a banana
Snack: an apple
Cheat: 35g sweets
Tea: 2 cups
Dinner: Chicken thing, chick peas, brocolli
Spoonful of mango sorbet (it was hot)
Not too bad! Feeling really fat, sadly.
it’s a food diary. If you’re going to lose weight you have to be obsessive. Ate mainly fruit today, banana for lunch, loads of grapes, a little meat and salad for dinner.
I had a small cup of machine coffee (I think the powdered milk is fattening) and a few crisps in moments of weakness.
