Interesting book but very worrying- I questioned a lot in Church and I didn’t want to.
I feel a lift because I won a rowing race yesterday.
A was happy about a rowing win.
A did the supermarket shopping.
Got down to work on my presentation for Wednesday and I connected with the subject matter.
I feel grateful for the lovely Obamas too!!

My lovely daughter who told me all about her dream this morning, and it was such a happy dream.
Being able to run.
My husband for his help.
A good laugh.
Hope for a new job.



Day off because I'm not needed 13 months ago

Grateful for:
health
glorious good children who have many friends and are happy
Poetry and in particular Shakespeare’s Agincourt speech – it’s an amazing uplifting speech!!!
Bob Dylan – Tangled up in Blue – you can’t qualify it – I return to it again and again
the sophisticated searches on the Internet which allow you to find new things

*Husband generally able to accomplish useful things
*A place to live – Hey, some people don’t have such a thing. If I moan ours is small all the time I’ll be making myself miserable to no purpose.
*Excellent Christmas spent relaxing and no rows to speak of
*Job that makes me feel useful and gives me the chance to keep learning

I am grateful that Ashley takes the children out and makes them run with the orienteers – it’s good for them.
I’m glad that I have such a co-operative teenager. (Though lazy and none-too-bright) he is very sweet.
