I read some articles about how eating less calories has been proven to make you live longer. I usually eat around 2000-2500 a day, but from now on I will cut that back to around 1500. That will make me loose that few pounds I gained back and will make me live longer. Whee! :)

My grandma (79) told me the following yesterday: Enjoy every minute you can…life goes by so incredibly fast and is so short.
So I’m planning to do just that…try to enjoy every minute I can. I still hope to live 100 years tho =)

...I guess I’m doing well :) But I’ll have to get a pet! And I’ve already decided to sleep only 6-7 hours a night. They say that based on some study the ppl who slept only 6-7 a day lived the longest, they haven’t been able to prove if its actually because of their sleeping habits but you don’t need more anyway supposedly so it can’t hurt. Besides, there are too many things to do that are better than sleeping.
But only if I’m healthy and not miserable. Hopefully modern cures will make it easier to be old. I want to live and see as much of what will become of the world as I can. It’s changing so dramatically. If it is possible to live a normal life that old when I’ll be that old, I want to live as long as possible.
