Sleeping from 11-07 is greeat! definitely worth doing. Normal mornings are awesome.

12-07 today, and that seems to be regular in the past days, I’m crossing this off for now.
I think I’m about to do this. Its almost 11 pm and Im sleepy. I slept from 8pm-4am for two days, now its 11…if this goes on another few days that is considered normal for me:D

I’m going to give this a try again. I averaged it out, and I sleep one hour for every 3 that I’m awake. Just its all over the place. So 6-7 hours a day is ideal, and sleeping somewhere between 12pm and 10 pm is ideal, (preferably in one go) then today I should not sleep one hour before about 12-1. And at the very most 8 hours. So from now on, I’m going to try to go to sleep between 12-2, (depending on what I have to do, whos over, ect.) and wake up between 6-10, depending on how much I need to sleep, what I need to do in the morning/day. This sounds reasonable, though I’m sure when I start working it will come naturally. I hope so anyway. So here we go.
...I slept 9 hours, and then another 4, I guess it was the 20 hour awake session, but it was GREEEAAAT! So for the time being, I’m crossing this off my list, cause I CANT DO IT :D I guess I’ll have to do it once I start working 8-10 hours a day. And about living longer, I think I’ll average alright…
I just read that sleeping between 6-7 hours a night is ideal. Apparently people who sleep between 6-7 hours a day live 12% longer. I think I’ll take that into consideration from now on! :D But 6 hours!! There was a time I slept 11-12 a day!! Ok that wasn’t too healthy either…
I slept two hours after not having slept for over 20, and I feel great! This would be the best, only needing an hour of sleep after every ten hours awake.
Ok I know it was about 10 minutes ago that I wrote that entry but I just all of a sudden got sooo tired. I think I’ll sleep a little…zzzzzzzzzzz
I’ve discovered the affects of Green Tea…One mug will leave you awake for about 6-7 hours. Drink one mug of it every 6-7 hours and stay awake for DAYS :D I’m not sure this is what will make me have normal sleeping hours but It’s a great way to stay awake in exam period!! You don’t even feel tired!! I’ve been up for 20 hours and I’m not tired at all yet. I’ll see how long I can go…more on this later!
