Fall in love

back in november. i almost did. i was about to give in. i was going to admit that i was out of control. i fell for him.
stupid stuff got in the way. but i will never forget that.
i will never forget that phone call.
actually, i’ll never forget a moment i spend with him.
whether he realizes it or not, he’s special to me.
he’s the first guy i fell for.
we’re still friends. best friends in fact.
but gosh, i want so much more..

we all seek it, yearn for it. once we find it, it’s as if the world has stopped spinning; and in that infinite moment things are perfect. none of us really know what it is, we just know it’s something we can’t live without. it causes us tears and heartache and pain, but that’s okay because in the end it’s worth it. it’s a magical adventure, once you experience it you are touched and you will never be the same. love teaches you what it’s like to give someone else a change to utterly break you, but trusting with all your heart that they won’t. it’s something amazingly universal, yet intensly personal at the same time. love is about growing into a better person, learning new things about yourself, believing with no uncertainty that there are still good things in the world. it is about embracing life; banishing fear. it is about touching another in a way that is only possible in the purest form of love. it is simply about falling in love, and being loved in return.
