make more time for my bass

If you don’t play very often, and missed a good week of practice time…it’s not a real good idea to make up for it after a few drinks. It’ll just frustrate you.
Anyway…I was doing real well on making time for it and then BOOM! Ka-Pow! All kinds of other “more urgent” stuff came up…and here I am, slightly buzzed, bored and alone on a Friday night and learned the lesson above.
In other news…I gifted my Uncle a regular ol’ guitar o’ mine (uhhh…my only guitar actually) 2 Christmas’s ago….and apparently am getting it back. I don’t know why I’m getting it back…but I’m happy about it nonetheless. Despite not knowing how to play guitar in any way, whatsoever, that thing was very special to me! Sentimental value. Sooo…yay to that!

I added this goal just a couple days ago….and today I was given a new bass. Well…new to me! Must be a sign…..a little nudge to follow through!
