It’s only taken me about 20 years. The juggling balls I have are actually decaying!
To start I put into practise a system I have I call “Seven Sevens”. In which I will dedicate 7 minutes of each hour to something. To start I watched a couple of videos, then I did the one and two ball moves for a period, and since then I’ve been trying the three. The key is getting a good throw to start with, catching generally takes care of itself if the throw is good enough.
I find I need to face a wall as I tend to throw the balls forward, but I’ll get over that soon enough. My best would be about 20 passes at the moment.
