So as of Yesterday i’ve decided to lose 15 pounds by Christmas.
I hate it when people come at christmas time and critisize about how you look. So i’ve been eating special K for breakfast for the past 2 days. I’m trying to go to the gym at least 3-4 time a week. I’ve also been feeling quite depressed lately with ongoing things within my family and friend circle. I find that i’m oversleeping these days by sleeping from 10 to 15 hours a day. i know its not normal but what can i do?? I feel lousy in the morning. Also with school it feels like i cant keep up with the midterms and assignments! Well this is the start…i’ll let you know how i’m doing.
