I just can’t seem to force myself to do this, especially when my house is so messy and I’m battling to keep that under control. I say I’m going to use cleaning as exercise and never get around to do that either. I’m a mess, hopefully it will get better.

On Monday I start back full fledge on my diet, and I’ve thought of a new system I’m going to try. Every time I slip a little is when I will force myself to exercise one hour. Please give me some feedback on whether you think this is a good idea or not, and also whether you think it would actually work. Thanks guys~
I’m just going to be getting my apartment in order (using it as a form of exercise in itself), and then I will be exercising 30 minutes to 1 hour a day! Wish me luck!
