Be Happy Everday

With Deedee, I am writing a book on The Best in Filipino. We think that our first book should focus on Malasakit. This makes me happy. To be of use is something that must make all of us happy.

Today I have expected miracles. And miracles appeared. I am happy that because God gave me the power to speak, I can inspire people. This makes me even more happy today.

I’ve missed my writing here.
Today is valentines day. Great day for most people. Sad for the others.
But hey, happiness is a choice. And I have all the reason to be happy each day of my life.

Glad to be back here and write.

Being able to share my expertise to the trainers of Maxicare is a reason to be happy. I like what I am doing and I intend to keep on doing it – changing the world one trainer at a time.

I believe that should be enough reason. You want to be happy, then why not be happy.

Do not complicate things. Do not ask for reasons after reasons. I am not longer in high school. I am not after the grade.

You want to be happy?

Be happy then.

I am rethinking my business.

My target is no longer the top 500 companies in the Philippines or in Asia. My mission really is to transform Filipinos into world class people. I realized that what gives me daily happiness is not that of consulting the big business which is oftentimes soulless and heartless. My happiness springs from inspiring, training, and mentoring the ordinary and small people working both in small and in big business.

Thank you Mr Michael Gerber for awakening the entrepreneur, the hero within me.

Everyday everything about my business simply gets clearer to me. My purpose is not simply to train people. My purpose really is to awaken the heroes in every Filipino.

Filipinos are heroes. I think everyone is a hero. Most are simply heroes asleep.

This gives me happiness.
