My worrying seems to come and go in spurts. Sometimes I don’t worry about a damn thing, whereas other times I feel like I can’t not worry. It’s pretty weird, I start worrying and then I start worrying that I am worrying, and then I start worrying that I am worrying that I am worrying… Phew.
Usually The only way to get out of my funk is to direct my attention elsewhere. Meditation helps, as does exercise.
