I cut caffeine completely out of my diet. Aside from the jitteries that I would always get after coffee, I hated the feeling of being dependent on caffeine. On weekends, I knew I was going to have an all-day headache if I didn’t drink anything before noon. Sux.

ive been exercising more recently and i feel much better. ive been sticking to biking and hiking, but i have also been going to the gym occasionally.
ive been taking an omega-3, a grape seed extract, and a multivitamin pill every day.
ive been drinking this kombucha tea. its a little pricey but i feel healthier after drinking a bottle.
i work in front of a computer all day, but i have been taking more breaks and have been typing slower and with better posture.
i have a long way to go, but i know it is so worth it. best of luck to you all.
