go out on "date nights" with my spouse on a regular basis

My husband and I are planning on watching “The Dark Knight” at an IMAX theater while friends of ours watch our two little ones. I’m a bit nervous, because the movie is 2.5 hours long, and the drive is 20 minutes (at least) each way. Our youngest one is 2.5 months old. She’s been breastfed up until now. Never had a bottle. I’m planning on pumping this afternoon. . . She can go for 3-6 hours without nursing overnight. But she’s not consistent in how long she goes at night without food. We’ll see.

Going out with just my husband is difficult, if not impossible, now, because we have two girls under the age of two. One is just over a month old. The other is 21 months old. I am determined to make this happen, though.
