alright, alright, i’m lowering the bar for myself. having a little baby to take care of makes exercise pretty difficult. getting to lift weights at all will be good. it’s pathetic, but i need someone to motivate me to go, someone to go with me. my husband would probably go with me again, but then there’s no one to watch our little one. got to work something out.

i’m not a workout nazi or anything like that, but as soon as the opportunity presents itself, after the baby is born, i really, really want to return to lifting weights three days a week. love lifting weights, and want to get my body back into some sort of decent shape.
had been lifting three days a week pre-pregnancy for about six years. definitely worth doing. would have continued lifting with certain muscle groups if my hubby didn’t hear my ob-gyn say she wanted me to lay off of weight-lifting. and, i’m obliging my hubby this time around.
