I’ve been doing things, among the yoga and exercise type everyday for the past week. I’m going to make a habit of it I am. Just now all I have to do is start stretching in the MORNING, then work my way towards the five rites. I can do a dog pose, I haven’t been able to do one since I was a little kid.

My birthday passed months ago, and I have yet to do anything. My “present” to myself was that by October of this year that I would regularly be doing yoga and stretching in the mornings. But I have such a hard time even getting up. I need to start a habit of it, I need to wake up of my own accord and say “thank you for this day.” Actually I think I’ll write that on my ceiling so I remember to say it. It makes it so much easier to wake up. A few years ago I would say that in the morning right after I opened my eye’s, then again as I walked to the bathroom. I was not tired or groggy, I just got up happy and rested, so Tomorrow I’ll thank you.
