lately i’ve gotten very very very off track. i was doing really well before spring break. i know i can get back on it but classes end soon. i need to figure out a good work out while i’m home so that i can keep on track. we’ll see.

i’ve gotten about 2 weeks off track. i need to get back in it! i didn’t go to the gym tonight… bad bad bad. i’m gonna take it one day at a time.
today- 35 minutes on the elliptical… burned 500.2 calories
i was doing so well… but i haven’t worked out in so long. i need to get back into my routine and stop being lazy!
i’m keeping up with my work out plan (surprisingly). i go to the gym twice a day, 30 minutes each time. i’ve seen good results. hope i can keep it up!
