This goal represents the specific end-result I’d like to achieve. I don’t want to just say “exercise more” and “watch what I eat” – I want to specifically reach this point, and hopefully keep it that way.
Right now, I consider myself to be thin and healthy, but pretty out of shape. And my waist is just below 27 inches. The steps I’d like to take in order to reach this goal are:- Make pilates a more frequent habit (3-5 times a week)
- Go running, even if it’s only for 5 minutes, at least 3 times a week
- Drink more water
