I really haven’t binged all that much since school started again.
Yes, I have a spoonful of peanut butter, or a few too many almonds every now and then, but NEVER the full, all-out bingeing that I used to do. I just have to KEEP these good habits, I guess.

I’ve been pretty damn good for the past couple of days, last night I had an ice cream, but I had eaten well that day, so I was alright. This morning I had a few too many chewy bars, but after I took a vitamin b pill I felt better, and have eaten normally since. I CAN DO THISSSS :)!!!
yesterday I didn’t binge AT ALL, I even skipped lunch so I could have pizza when I was out with my girlfriends, and so far today I am doing good. I KNOW I CAN do this. :)
I’ve been on a constant “diet” since 8th grade, and about three times a week, I’ll break down and consume ridiculous amounts of whatever junk food or carbs that happen to be in my house. I don’t even know WHY I do it, I’m never hungry, and never sad or depressed or anything. It could be my subconcious self trying to rebel against my parents for making me diet, but whatever it is I need to stop this, and finally get control of myself. When I was in spain for a month, I didnt do it at all, and lost 10 pounds. If I just stopped bingeing, I think I would lose weight, and be happier.
