I want to lose around 25 pounds total, which will put me at around a size 4 and pretty thin for me. (I’m an 8 now). I want to have the aesthetic gorgeousness that the VS models have though. Like, the long, TONED legs and the perfect abs, and boobs that are not too big but definitely not too small. I just want that gorgeous feminine but chiseled and defined look that they all have. So if my lose 25 pounds in 2-3months plan works out, I guess we’ll have to see. :)

I changed my mind. They ARE still ridiculously skinny…
but, if I look like THIS, I’d be pretty excited. Too bad I’d have to give up most of the food I love, and all my free time to exercising…but it might be JUST worth it.

Victoria’s Secret models are RIDICULOUSLY skinny. There are 6 billion people in the world and only 8 who are supermodels. We all need to stop trying to become taller than 5’9, and weigh less than 115. That is too much to expect of our bodies. Another thing. The models get PAID to look like that. Normal people shouldn’t have to force themselves to become skinny like that.
Now, there are tons of people who are naturally tall and skinny and gorgeous, and I say go them, but there are also a lot of us who are way shorter than 5’9, and weigh a LOT more than 115. Let’s be realistic here.

But still, if I could have guys fantasizing about MY body like they fantasize about Gisele and Adriana and Alessandra, I would be pretty stoked. So I guess if I could have a body that vaguely resembles a Victoria’s Secret model, but within reason, nothing too extreme, I’d be very okay with that.

i KNOW that they are unrealistically thin, and that the camera adds like ten pounds which makes them look so perfect…but if i could look like them plus ten pounds every day…that’d be spectacular.
I tried that lemonade diet thing though, and it was very extreme. I think it’d be better to slowly decrease your food intake each week, and eventually get to the point where you can do the lemonade diet. otherwise it is too hard on your body.
