i never knew how creaky my floor was 2 years ago

until i started to do sit-ups on it every morning. i wondered what my roommate thought i was doing in there with all that creaking.

also, it is tough to figure out exactly the type of sit up you need to do. is it a full sit up or a crunch? which is best? I never figured that out, although I did learn which satisfied my ego best. the crunch: i could just do so many more of those than of the full sit up.

push ups are great- there are a lot of variations on those, too. I never did reach 100 in a row, though.
