And I know where I want to get it done. Now…what do I start with? I want the music notes tattooed by my ear, the AFI, NIN, and MCS symbol on my arm, the wings on my back, and my favorite Thoreau quote: “none are so old as those who have outlived enthusiasm” somewhere…I guess I’m just posting for the sake of posting…this goal hasn’t been neglected, just over thought.
p.s. plz for the love of god don’t post a comment saying you don’t like tattoos or you don’t think I should get it done or anything like that. k? I’ve deleted like three entries from this post because of negative comments I didn’t like looking at. If you don’t like tattoos, don’t get one.

Soo…any tattoo that I think I want to get has to pass the six month test. Once I have an idea, I’ll draw it and put it somewhere I can see it every day, like by my alarm clock or on my dresser, and leave it for six months. If I’m not sick of it by the end of that time, I’ll go and get it.
So far..it’s been five years…
I like change.. And a lot of it really depends on what kind of a job I’m going to have for the rest of my life. I’m going to school for audio engineering… and people in the music and sound industry aren’t the most…formal…looking people… but I’d hate to get an awesome tattoo and be forced to cover it up.

Step 1) get out of debt.
Step 2) get that tattoo.
For about three years now, I’ve wanted to get wings tattooed on my back. I’ve already designed them, and I’ve mustered up the courage (I think) to get them. I juuuuust need to save up a bit more for them…
I don’t plan on getting everything done at once..I want it to sort of be like an accomplishment tattoo or something. Like..first, I just want to get the outline done in black. Then everytime I do something significant, I’ll add another color or another design to it. I guess it’s a little cheesy sounding..but hey..
