I’ve been a little bloated for three weeks now and it is driving me crazy. I’ve always had minor stomach problems..but when skinny girls mention that they feel bloated, everyone else usually tells her to shut the fuck up. Skinny girls don’t have problems, ok? So I kind of stopped mentioning it, and I don’t know why I never thought to mention it to a doctor. It’s never been so bad that it’s been unbearable, but something happened three weeks ago and I feel like every time I eat something I put on ten pounds. I wake up skinny and by the time I go to bed, I can’t button my pants. I don’t know what to do.
The only differences in these three weeks are: I’ve been eating more spicy food (just discovered sriracha! I can drink that stuff with a straw), slightly more dairy, working out hardcore.
I’m going to cut out spicy food and dairy for a week and see where that gets me. I was going to cut coffee too…I did yesterday…but I might save that for another week :)
