I’m pretty sure I’m nocturnal. Whenever I just let my sleep patterns be, I tend to fall asleep between 7 and 8 in the morning and wake up at about 3 or 4. However, I would much rather conform to the diurnal norm because I always end up missing stuff (like stores closing) or I end up having to have no sleep when I see friends and family. I’m trying my best, but it just seems to be against my nature. Does anyone else have this problem?

I actually was able to go to sleep at 9:30 tonight, rather than 3 in the morning. However, I only slept six hours. Hopefully I can try to get on a regular schedule. It sucks, because lately, my partner Jeremy has been on almost the opposite sleep schedule as me. My ideal sleep schedule would be to fall asleep at midnight or one and to wake up eight to ten hours later. That would be nice.
