okay so technically I have made homemade cheese… it was vegan Havarti and it was totally awesome!

Organic cheese is so expensive and I really prefer that my family not consume animal rennet so this is definitely the way to go. The co-op I work at sells vegetable rennet so sometime in the near future an organic cheese experiment!
