Okay so remember how I said that I wanted to lose 15 pounds each month? Well, this month I lost 15 pounds exactly! This morning I thought I was 195 but when I got on the scale I was 190 so I am way stoked! I’m just happy with the fact that I finally weigh under 200 but being 10 pounds under makes me feel like a sense of accomplishment. Well, I need to get active now so I guess I’ll update you guys next month (hopefully to tell you that I lost another 15 pounds!)

I’ve been pretty sick lately so I haven’t been eating much but I haven’t had a great gym schedule. I’m surprised that I haven’t dropped a bunch of pounds from not eating but I guess since I’ve just been stuck in bed it doesn’t matter much.
Okay let me just get to the point, I’ve only lost 13 pounds and it’s been well over a month. If you have read my other entry you will see that I set a goal to lose 15 pounds by the end of June but that didn’t happenOh and I’m not on the shake diet for the time being because I love food! I shouldn’t put myself down so much though because I did lose 50 pounds all together and I just have 60 more pounds to go! =D
The other day I was thinking about halloween, maybe I can set a goal for then so maybe I can look nice this year. I was thinking about setting my goal to 45 pounds. I know it’s kind of a lot but when you think about it, thats just 15 pounds a month. I know thats going to be a challenge because I barely lose 13 pounds in over a month but I think I can do it! I really want to prove to myself that I can do it and that I’m worth it! Well I’m pretty tired now.. I just got so excited about my idea, I couldn’t go to sleep without posthing this!

My order of shakes finally came in today!! I’m actually drinking a cup right now, it’s very yummy. =] I got my parents to join in on the diet with me so now it’s going to be much easier to stick to! They just had me put up their food and snacks so they wouldn’t be tempted to eat any. I told them they will also have to be more active to get results so I’m going to try motivating them to go walking every day! [I’m not sure what it is but this diet seems more exciting now that my parents joined!]
Anyways, I decided that I would just weigh myself once a week from now on. I’ve been weighing myself way too much and it just get frustrating since my weight has been fluctuating! I know I will see more of an improvement if I weigh myself less.

The thing that sucks most about trying to lose weight is when I haven’t been to the gym in awhile and when I start back up I automatically bump up 5 more pounds! I lost 2 pounds but since I started going to the gym daily I’ve gained back 4 pounds! How annoying is that?! I know it will pay off later but for now ugh..

I started off weighing 260lbs but after my boyfriend of 4 years broke up with me I lost almost 40 pounds. I didn’t eat for a month and I worked out excessively. I’m glad that I lost all that weight but now I want to lose healthy weight. I know it’s going to take a LONG time but i’m ready to lose 80 more pounds. I’m going to make small goals and hopefully get to my final goal at least by the end of the year!
My first small goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of this month. I’m on vacation right now but when I go home on Monday I’m going to start going to the gym daily again. I was going to start an all shake diet when I get back too. I know I can handle it because I hardly ever get hungry, I’m just one of those fat girls that eats whenever I’m bored. Anyways, I might post up before pictures but ehhh… Maybe I’ll wait until I lost some so I can at least put an after! Well, wish me luck =D
