Working on meditation this week, as wind down to going to bed. Doing journaling, free write and meditation before bed. Also bought 20 minute retreat book to use when I’m feeling down.

Signed up for Iowa Writer’s Festival workshop. I’ve been meaning to do this for years!
1. Yesterday did yoga at home.
2. Signed up for meditation poetry retreat.
3. Talked to therapist about expressing negative emotions and why I do that and how thinking about how the other person is feeling, might help me choose better ways to express them.
4. Worked on entry for flash fiction contest.
1. Saw my therapist
2. Researched trips
3. Did one weekly thing.
4. Thinking about e-harmony
This will be great. It will help me achieve Goal #10-Take a Writing Class or Seminar and will be good for other goals as well, such as 5. do breathing exercises when I’m getting anxious at work
6. listen to self talk and change the negative to positive but don’t feel bad about it
7. learn to express emotions and not feel bad about it
