Still slowly chugging along. Hopefully get number 21 in the bag tonight!
I’ve slowed down, but I did go rock climbing, which is a very tough workout in of itself.
Still going strong, and I’m finding its getting a lot easier. I’m particularly enjoying the classes.
I’ve been laid low with a cold, so my 8th visit to the gym was a long time coming. Its good to be back though, and it makes eating cake all that much better.
Visit number 7 has destroyed me! An hour of weights and cardio, and I should have stretched a hell of a lot more before and afterwards! I’m going to be out of commission for a few more days.
Still going strong… that’s 4 days in a row! I think I might aim at 4 times a week.
Well this has go off to an excellent start. We signed up for the gym on Tuesday, and have already been three times. There does seem to be something perverse about cycling away on a bike and watching the food channel. Sometimes I think if I pedal harder the bike will move and propel me towards the cake.
