i just haven’t been motivated to get outside…

i started running… it has been really hard actually… but i find the longer i’m out there the better it feels…
by the end of my runs i’m actually running fast… it feels so good…
but damn… those hills are killer…
i’m still taking it easy… today i’m off running but i’ll go tomorrow!
hmmm…. i guess anytime is a good time to start… it doesn;t really matter what the weather is like… i just need to go…
i do like to set up plans for things… and i would like to having a running chart…
i’m going to look now for a schedule for begining runners on line and hen post it here…

ok.. we start tuesday… i feel i need to start off easy cause i haven’t been runnin gin a long time…

i haven’t started running yet… but my goal is to go for at least a 15-20 minute run…
i’m planning to turn off the computer right this and start this goal…
after that i’m going to try to run at least 5 days a week…
and it’s so beautiful outside!
since i’ve last wrote i ran a few times… but very few…
tonight i’m going to write up a running schedule and then i’ll start using it tommorrow…
i would like to run a half marathon by the end of this year.
i use to run a lot and i loved it so much… but an injury and a lot of bad vices stopped me… i think it’s time to dust my running shoes off
