Learn to write

I have a hard time writing a memo or even an e-mail as I like to over analize my writing. I have been working on my writing on my own and I feel I need positive feedback from whomever would take the time to read and point out how I can improve. I use a writers reference which helps and I have taken a night class also. I think just writing what ever I am thinking helps although most of the time I am not motivated.
