I’ve been drinking more water, no soda and more green tea. I don’t work out as much as I should but I’m going to start on Taebo. I’ll try to do that three times a week and maybe jog on the weekends.

Drink more water
Eat more veggies/fruit
Drink a cup of Green Tea a Day
Exercise 3 days a week(Cardio)
Exfoliate often
Floss Daily
