I was doing awesome with taking my bigger multis at work as I’d see them in my office drawer and take them with my morning snack. Kind of got off track with that this week, not sure why. I think I have had some distracted mornings this week, not my usual routines. Will need to get back in a good habit and find a way to make sure I take them on the weekends too.
I recently bought some vitamin C (which I love taking as I can chew it and it tastes good. I usually take it in the evenings, but should probably take some to work and just do all my vitamins at once M-F. I need to buy some B6 (or a B complex vitamin). I am going to be ttc this fall and have researched and found that C and B6 may help with my fertility. I think it’s essential that I get on top of a daily vitamin routine these next couple months before I ttc.

I have been thinking about it more often, perhaps because I do have preconception health on the brain. It’s been great to have a bag of vitamins at work. I see them in my drawer and have been pretty good about taking them with my yogurt everyday (much easier to swallow). Now I just need to bring more to work.
I need to buy some vitamin Cs to add to my regiment as that’s supposed to help with ttc. I need to get over the cost of vitamins and just pick up a bottle.
Would like to be more on top of making sure the boys get their vitamins daily too…
I have these great multis, but they are really huge and I HATE swallowing pills. I need to start taking them or eat the cost and buy a new bottle with smaller capsules. I am trying to get in top preconception health so we can try to have a baby later this year. I need to remember that the 30 seconds/day of swallowing an abnoxious pill is well worth the final goal. Do it!
I go through spurts of being good about this, then am horrible about it for months. Now that it is winter and I’m not eating as wide variety of fruits and veggies and since I have recently adopted a vegan diet, I really need to be making sure my bases are covered nutritionally. I think my last bottle of vitamins may be expiring soon, I need to get another bottle for me and more of the gummy vitamins for my 4 year old vegetarian son and get us back into the daily habit. Maybe I can pair this goal with my goal to drink more water and take my vitamin first thing in the morning. I hate swallowing pills so that’s a big part of why I so easily fall out of the habit, but it’s important for my health and I hate being sick more than I hate taking pills, so I need to make this happen.
