Today, I found some seated poses that all look completely doable. I didn’t check, but I think I should see if there are any DVDs that focus on seated and reclining poses. Considering the wide variety of yoga videos/DVDs out there, I should be able to find something I can do.

I may be kidding myself here, but why not? I’m sure I won’t always be looking at my yoga brick with utter disdain. After all, I’m getting better at some of the poses. Maybe in a few month’s time, I’ll be over my “let’s tip over like a felled tree” routine and be quite happy to begin paying for the privilege of doing this in public.
