:) tomorrow i go on my first prac…

Ok, so it’s not really prac seeing as we’re only allowed to observe but I’m excited none-the-less. 2 weeks in a school!

I’ve also recently started working in an after-school care one afternoon a week. It’s been really great at testing out my ability to multi-task and scan rooms and blah.

... this is more related to my (already completed) “get a job” goal… but I got a new job today and it’s semi-related to primary teaching (only not really)
I’ve been working for a children’s entertainment company (jumping castles, face painting, balloon modelling etc.) but 2 days ago I put my resume in at the Early Learning Centre and immediately got asked back for a trial the next day (today) and then got the job after about half an hour! It was great :) ... and seeing as my “get a job” goal was already completed I figured I’d make the job at the Early Learning Centre (who sell educational toys… plus regular toys) relevant to primary teaching even though it really isn’t.
... sorry if anyone actually read this. I make no sense and talk about pointless things

I was going to do a bachelors degree (in arts) and then a dipEd… but seeing as I failed my French course this semester I’ve decided just to start a teaching degree next year. In four years I should be a qualified primary school teacher :)
