Almost done with my 30 day challenge and I’m thinking of making this a year long challenge! I will let you know when I get there. Haven’t had sugar, chips, junk food period. I still drink crystal light though, and I’m considering ending that consumption since its fake sugar and its probably no good.

Its been 2 weeks without sugar, and other junk foods, and I thought it would be a lot harder! I feel really good and saying no to processed foods is easier than I originally thought. For me going cold turkey on things is easier than allowing myself a little of that substance, because once I have one piece of chocolate I immediately want seconds, and then why not thirds. This was just going to be a 30 day challenge but since I’m feeling so much better already I think I will try it out longer! I’m thinking of only eating treats on Christmas, and birthday celebrations, maybe just holidays in general… what can I say I just can’t imagine living life without the seasonal pumpkin pie and Christmas day cookies!
I’ve grown too attached to sugar and find that i turn to it to numb out any stress in my life. I’m going to go 7 days sugar free (fruits are still ok), hopefully if that is doable, I will shoot for a month and see how the results pan out :)
