Ok…a while ago, I was on my old account, llirbwerdnadivad, and I had a bunch of goals on there. One day, I was looking around 43things and I was suddenly logged out. Every time I tried logging back in, I was told that I had closed my account.
I sent a message to 43things and asked them about it. After waiting several months without a response, I sent it again. A few days later, they sent a return message that said it was because I had ‘illegal goals’ on my account. According to them, I had several goals on my account about running away (which I did) and I was underage (which I wasn’t). It is illegal for someone underage to run away, so they closed my account. When I told them that I wasn’t underage (twice), they said my age ‘wasn’t material’ and that it couldn’t be used in my argument.
I pointed out that, as the law was based on someone’s age, and their actions were therefore determined illegal or legal because of their age, my age was completely relevant. They ignored me. This has been going on for a while. I send them the message saying what happened and asking them why my age isn’t material now and then and they completely ignore me.
Has anybody else had a similar problem?
Does anyone have a solution?
