I had a quick

check up today and can check off 2 more from the clean sweep checklist:
My cholesterol is at a healthy level.

My blood pressure is at a healthy level.



I have been

working on the well being list lately, and today I could check off

My teeth and gums are healthy. (Have seen dentist in last 6 months).
Great!

I have checked through the list many times, but I don’t feel like I can systematically clean these things up in my life at the moment. I do think this would make my life easier. maybe later…



some of

the things that I could work on:
1. My personal files, papers, and receipts are neatly filed away.
2. My home is clean and tidy. (Vacuumed, wardrobes and drawers organized, desks and tables clear, furniture in good repair; windows clean).
3. My clothes are all ironed, clean and make me look good. (No creases, piles of washing, torn, out-of-date or ill-fitting clothes).
4. I consistently have adequate time, space and freedom in my life.
5. I am not tolerating anything about my home or work environment.
6. My hair is the way I want it.
7.I surround myself with music which makes my life more enjoyable.
8. I have nothing around the house or in storage that I do not need.

I do see how it’s helpful to see what’s organized (or needs to be) in my life , so that I have room and concentration to focus on what’s important to me.

so I want to use this checklist to improve my life. Just not sure where to start with this. I think the physical environment would be easiest. I do have so much cleaning to do. I know it.
