I really began trying to eat healthier since about the first of February…I can tell a huge difference already! I have lost a little weight, although I’m really more concerned with just living longer!!! I own my own business, and I am on the road a lot, so its hard to always eat right…
One of the main things I did in the beginning was stop drinking so many carbonated drinks! I now drink mostly water…that was the first step! I also began eating mostly chicken when I eat fast food! I only eat maybe one fourth of the fries if they come with the meal…sometimes I don’t eat them at all…
I have been eating salad alot at home.
The results are that I feel much better, look a little better, and hopefully will live longer!!!
I know its a far cry from “really” eating healthy, but for me, it’s a start!
