Basically I’ve missed Sundays… and a on two other days I didn’t got to the gym, but I did squats and lunges at home and decided to let that count as exercise.
I mean, I don’t do lunges and squats for FUN you know? Lol…
I am marking a big slash on each day that I go. I don’t want to break the chain, but so far… by Sunday I decide to just let it go.
