These days, I’m trying to sleep before midnight and wake before noon. I dislike feeling as if my entire day is wasted when I wake up in the evening.
This links up to being productive with my day. By having a regular sleep/wake pattern, I’m able to plan my time better. And I won’t be fatigued and grumpy.
I desperately need the energy to make the changes I desire.

The past week to this week, I’ve reduced the variation in my sleep timing and slept earlier. Instead of sleeping during the wee hours of the morning or dawn, I switched my sleep timing to vary between 9pm to 2am.
As a result, I’ve almost gotten 8 hours of sleep and have had better ability to focus. From the trial run, I’ve learnt that having a predictable time for sleeping and waking increases my productivity.

To manage time well, one needs to have a predictable timing to start his day or end his day.
I hope to sleep at least an hour before midnight everyday. At least I won’t get so tired out the following day. And being tired means not being able to use your time to the fullest.
